How do I place an order? +
Download the DeGo Delivery app, sign up with your name, email and phone, choose your favourite restaurant and place your order. You'll receive real-time notifications about your delivery status.
How long does a delivery take? +
As a local service in Ontinyent, deliveries are usually completed in just a few minutes. The exact time depends on the restaurant's preparation and the delivery distance.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with credit or debit card. DeGo never stores your full card details.
Can I cancel an order? +
If the restaurant hasn't started preparing your order yet, you can cancel it from the app. If it's already being prepared, contact us through the form or email us at contacto@degodelivery.com.
What do I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged? +
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Use the form below to tell us what happened and our team will resolve it as soon as possible. Include the order details so we can help you faster.
How can I delete my account and data? +
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data by writing to contacto@degodelivery.com indicating the email associated with your account. We will process your request in accordance with GDPR.
